A) For time:
100 Double Unders
Then 2 rounds of *
*25 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)

*25 Pushups

*25 Situps

100 Double Unders

OR

B) Games Open 13.5

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
15 Thrusters (45/30kg)
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.
If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.
If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.
Etc.

    Sending a massive congratulations out to everyone !!!
    These have been my first Opens and it has been awesome, not only watching you all do an amazing job as individuals, but the support received from everyone has been so touching.
    Watching some of you working out has left me with goose bumps and I’m really happy that I’m apart of CFK.

    Looking at getting some new kicks for training. I wanna get some of the crossfit type shoes. What am I looking for? Thanks!

      reebok crossfit u-forms or nano 2.0 – they are the best shoes! Rebel sport sell them, but you can also get them off eastbay.com or http://shopcrossfitreebok.com/ (but shipping is about $50)

        Thanks K-star. Strolled up to Rebel thinking they’d have heaps and they had one pair left size 7!… they said they always sell out. I’ll have to ring around I think. Thanks for the tips.
