7.00 am Power Pilates
7.45 am Fundamentals
Come in and work on your weaknesses or do a workout that you missed through the week.  The trainers will be on board to offer advice and answer your questions.
If you’re unsure just ask and we’ll give you a workout.
8.30 am WOD
5 rounds for time (Rest 3 minutes between rounds)
20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Squats

    Awesome form Jo!! Oh, I am so excited about this workout, the butterflies are starting already!! Looks like I will get to try these inverted burpees after all in ‘open gym’ tomorrow. Yay!! They look fun, let’s see. …….

    Unfortunately I can’t come tomorrow but I’d say fundamentals looks scarier than the WOD!!! Haha
