Paige will be taking a group for Olympic Lifting while the met con will also run in each of the sessions. You may choose to do either and if you’re keen you can do both in separate sessions.

20 Alternating KB Power Cleans (1 x 24/16kg)
25 Situps
30 Double Unders
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
