If you are intending to do 14.5 today organise your own equipment and warm up. You may perform it at any session throughout the day as long as there is a registered judge available to check the workout. As this one has the potential to go long make sure you get it started as early as you can. We are hoping to avoid the 7pm rush so please don’t linger in the shadows while everyone else is getting it done. Step up and rip in. (30 minute cap for non-registered athletes.)
