30m Standing Broad Jump (3 burpees after every 5 broad jumps)

Posted at 07:18h, 28 JanuarySo I’m short. If I do the bear crawl into the wind I’ll be close to the ground and a bit sheltered. And then I can do the broad jumps with a tail wind. So with the current wind speed, that may mean only 5 broad jumps per 30 meters and there for 1 set of burpees. Yee haaa!!!
