Box closed today! Here is a workout to do at home:
Indoors option:
3 rounds for max reps. 1 minute per station, 1 minute rest between rounds.
Situps
Pushups
Squats

Outdoors option:
“Brenton”
5 rounds for time:
30m Bear Crawl
30m Standing Broad Jump (3 burpees after every 5 broad jumps)

    So I’m short. If I do the bear crawl into the wind I’ll be close to the ground and a bit sheltered. And then I can do the broad jumps with a tail wind. So with the current wind speed, that may mean only 5 broad jumps per 30 meters and there for 1 set of burpees. Yee haaa!!!
