Note: There will be no morning classes this Wednesday for the ANZAC DAY holiday. There will be an Open Gym 4-6pm. We will also post a couple of workouts that can be done in a park or at home.
Our social event is on this coming Saturday. It will start at 9.30am after the normal morning workouts. There will be some fun and games but nothing too vigorous so you won’t be needing your exercise gear for this part of the day.

    for most of you this is due to late submission of your scores. For some of us this is for motivational consequences. If you wish to debate the issue we can talk it through over burpees. Haha.

          You never know, Jo. A couple of weeks ago when we did the power clean, front squat, push press press complex I power cleaned the bar quite poorly with one arm managing but the other really struggling. After finishing the complex I found that one side of the bar had and extra 1.25kg plate on it!

      I am actually not rx, Jim. My fault, I wrote it up! It was my knees on the box not my toes. If it was my toes, I don’t think my short little arms would actually be able to reach the floor…Maybe when I get big I’ll be able to do it!

      Looking at the afternoon times, maybe it was 5 rounds (rx) after all! Obviously not enough oxygen getting to the brain. Either that or I really need to learn how to count! I keep telling people I’m number dyslexic. Not sure it sticks when there is only one digit involved though! LOL 😉

          Have you been to urban climb? I’ve never been to rock sports. Heard it’s pretty different though. I would be keen to try some time!
          ..and I don’t know if we have actually met. Haha. But maybe I’ll see you at the open gym sess on wed?

            Hey, i dont think we have, i go to urban climb sometimes but i try to steer clear as its always to busy and i hate tying knots lol.
