    Thanks Jimmy and April for the lovely BBQ yesterday it was a nice way to recover from a very pleasant walk 🙂
    Just a reminder Crossfitters that you are all invited to my Bday bash on this Sunday, details are on the board in the gym. There will be some touch footy and even the “Crossfit (not) Games” which will be heaps of fun. Hope to see you there 🙂

      Hey steph how long do think our toilet stop was…do u think we cld possibly maybe have done it under the 2hrs?? Thx for the company and the audio groove, was a lovely stroll in the sun. We have a time to beat next time in any case, and a Tshirt!!! X

    B2b. 53mins. Happy with time considering I did no training over 6km and was only aiming for just under an hour. Woo hoo. Thanks crossfit king for the awesome fitness training everyday!
