    Sorry guys this morning – sure you all thought how did she do the 100 pushups so quickly – well it was actually only 50 ititially. Exercising, breathing and then having to think and count – high expectations from this cross fitter to be able to do more than one thought process at once….
    Next time I will remember to check the board… Good morning thanks April.
