Posted at 19:36h, 04 SeptemberJust got back from an ‘around’ 6km run ‘around’ 35min, hilly terrain around Tarragindi. The human body is amazing. Yesterday I felt like I had been hit by a bus (and looked it too) and today, let’s just say my house is sparkling, and after that run, so am I….
Looking forward to being back in the box tomorrow
