20 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
80m Kettlebell Carry 24/16kg
15 Hand Release Pushups (touch the KB each rep)
Each rep is worth 1 point, the carry is not worth any points.

    Just got back from an ‘around’ 6km run ‘around’ 35min, hilly terrain around Tarragindi. The human body is amazing. Yesterday I felt like I had been hit by a bus (and looked it too) and today, let’s just say my house is sparkling, and after that run, so am I….
    Looking forward to being back in the box tomorrow

    Very frustrating not being able to do any exercise especially when I don’t look sick 🙁
    Love the idea of 9.30am classes when I return though 🙂
