There will be an open gym at 4.00 and 5.00pm this afternoon. There will only be a 7.00am CrossFit class tomorrow morning (no pilates) due to the Noosa road trip.
3000 steps for distance. Complete 50 Double-unders every 500 steps.
Run naturally and see how far you go.

Posted at 20:02h, 21 JulyI missed tonights class and will be away for a while as my dad died today. We found him in bed dead at 3pm, cause unknown. He had been sick since last Sat and was diagnosed by the doctor on Tues with a tummy bug and given antibiotics and painkillers. We will not know the cause of death for 48 hours. He will be missed dearly. I will see you all back in the gym when we have made all the necessary arrangements and I am feeling capable of kicking butt again.

Posted at 14:50h, 22 JulyThank you all for your condolences. We have just about informed everyone today. We also found out he died from pneumonia. ???? It was not diagnosed though, which is hard to believe! We will go through the procedures over the next week. We have had so much love and support from everyone and feel so grateful for that. If anyone knows of a good funeral parlor to do a cremation, that would be appreciated. See you all in a week or 2 or whenever i feel better

Posted at 15:53h, 22 JulyI went to a funeral last year at Mt Thompson Memorial Garden, Nursery Rd, Mt Gravatt/Holland Park. The chapel was really nice. It was for my bosses Mum and the family were really happy with the service and location. They also used White Ladies. Hope that helps.

Posted at 18:20h, 22 JulyThank you crossfit crew for your kind package and warm thoughts!! You guys are family and your kindness and generosity are a huge help. The treats are not very paleo
(lol) but loving the gluten, wheat and dairy free cookies. The champagne will be saved for the wake which we will have at the local bowls club in which my father frequented. Thank you again
