20 KB Front Squats (2x 24/16kg)
200m KB Farmer Carry (2x 24/16kg)
20 DB Weighted Situps (1x 20/15kg)
20 DB Ground to Overhead (alt. 1x 20/15kg)
80 Double Unders
Gymnastics with April – 4pm Open Gym
Weightlifting with Paige – 5am, 8.30am, 5pm. $5 per person. (Squat) Clean and Jerk. This session will definitely be beneficial for the Saturday WOD.
