There is some interest in a team comp coming up at CrossFit Ipswich on Feb 17. A few people have already registered their team. Click here for more info or check out the board at the gym.
For total reps:
4 rounds. 3 minutes per round. One minute rest between rounds.
Each round begins with a 400m Run and then in the time remaining complete as many reps as possible of the following movements:
Round 1: Pullups
Round 2: Pushups
Round 3: Squats
Round 4: Carry the flag. (ie. Keep on runnin’! Every 10 metres completed IN EXCESS OF 400m = 1 rep)
