      Jess, there is no pathetic efforts in the gym. A pathetic effort is counting how many reps it takes to eat a chocolate bar while sitting on the couch watching the biggest looser πŸ˜‰ Get better soon!!

        That’s hilarious Steph!! Feel a little better but still disappointed in myself. Just felt like giving up last night and I HATE that, but your right, could have been worse. I also weighed myself this morning and weigh 59kg, so didn’t even do rxd. I’ve put on a couple kgs πŸ™ I hope it’s muscle. Feeling sad and sorry for myself. Today’s workout is resisting flourless chocolate brownies (my fav) See you soon when I am pumped and ready to go again. And by the way sister, been looking at your times and you are killing your workouts!!! So proud of you. Keep up the good work!! πŸ™‚

          Jess, it’s probably lactic acid and swelling! I know I always weigh a couple of kg more after the weekend. I know it’s not bad eating so put it down to Sat’s bootcamp and crossfit workouts and Sun’s 90min run. With a cold you lymphathic system will be working overtime so that plus last nights stellar workout… you’re probably pumped full of fluid. It’ll be gone by mid next week. Man I’m a nerd sometimes! So cheer up, Charlie. Everything always looks bleaker when your unwell. Hope you get better real soon.
