    101 reasons to do CrossfitI have been reflecting on this and reading all the great responses.
    Many things come to mind for me:
    The inclusiveness of the WODs.
    The alignment of CF philosophy with spiritual principles of being the best I can be in this moment.
    Doing things I have never done before ( eg producing fairy dust on an exercise bike)
    The way it is a functional fitness program that incorporates diet.
    The great job April and Jimmy do!
    At the end of the day though for me it’s all about the bright coloured shoes!
