    Just saw the WOD’s for Saturday. I am so not ready!!! Sh$%#g my pants now!!! 40kg C&J to start with and then increasing 5kg every minute??? Me, gone!!

      Yeah, I’m glad I’m not doing it!!! I’ll be there to support you though. Rest up now and make sure you warm up well before hand. I’m sure though that once the adrenalin kicks in you’ll do better than you think. See you tomorrow!
