Games Open Update –
Saturday classes: We are going to run with Games Open 13.1 as the WOD. While the first group will start at 7.30am as per usual we continue to roll through waves of participants until everyone is done. This means there is no 8.30am class as such we will just keep rolling through from 7.30am until we’re finished.
If you have registered for the games please make sure that you have selected CrossFit King as your affiliate, one extra click in the registration process. We know there are some people out there who have not done this and I am unable to do it for you. You should see CrossFit King on your personal profile if you have completed this step.
Anyone who is considering registering you still have time. We had a great night last night and there were lots of PBs set.
If you have completed the workout register your score straight away for validation. If you do the workout again and improve your score it will still count.
