Double Unders
Hollow Rocks
Mountain Climbers
Box Dips
Danny Mellor of CrossFit Noosa likes to urge his members to “bring their crazy” to the gym.  After Thursday’s effort from Hutch, I don’t know if there’s any “crazy” left for anyone else.
