Don’t like running? We are all blessed with so much capacity that we often dwell on our weaknesses, forgetting all the amazing things we do each and every day. Just put your shoes on, head out the door, savour the movement.

    #1 Reason why I should not eat part of my breakfast on the way to the gym in the morning (before the sun has gotten up so I can’t really see what I am eating…) I ate part of a moldy paleo apple muffin that I didn’t realise was moldy until after the WOD. SO GROSS!!!!!!!!!!! YUCK YUCK YUCK

    Hi all. I hope this gets to you all before too late and that it does not mess up anyone plans too much but I have picked up a nasty virus that has had me fatigued most of the week and generally not feeling 100% that has now attacked my stomach and had me up most of last night vomiting and unable to eat, hence my energy levels becoming even lower and my body aching more!!
    The reason I am telling you my sob story is I have had to reschedule my birthday celebrations for Sat Sept 17th, as the B2B is next weekend. It will be the same, rock climbing @ 3pm ($20) (will arrange it so that the people not interested in rock climbing can get in for free!) then onto nibbles and drinks @ 6 pm @ Archive in West End. Please pass this message around to everyone in the box if you read this so nobody shows up tomorrow. Again, sorry for the short notice!!! Have fun with your WOD’s and I hope to see you all soon
