      I googled it. Looks easier than a regular burpee, ayth I suspect will be dispelled as soon as I try to do one!

    Steph 0 – Head 1. It is so not cool when you’re going all good until your kicks in and says “nah you can’t do it” and it’s game over. Oh well. Great effort morning crew 🙂 Jo G particularly you were stellar this morning!!

      Jim, I’ve thought about this all day and I just can’t see how that time was correct. I know I was just behind Jo for a long time but thought she had gone ahead of me. I reckon I must of tripped out and missed a round….feel a fraud not being totally convinced I completed. :0(

        I know what you mean! I have never not finished a WOD and it has been getting to me all day. I really hope that one day high cardio type WOD’s won’t be so hard for me to get through. 🙁

    Couldn’t make it in again today, worked yet another 8 hour shift at the cinemas. That’s the 6th one this week! School holiday’s are definitely not cinema workers favourite time of year. I did do this before work though..
