Booking in to classes

Sorry for another long post.

You should now be able to book in to classes for this Saturday and all of next week. Note the change in start and finish times for each class. This is a trial week with the new timetable so we’ll see how it goes and make any changes we feel are necessary the following week. This might be influenced by changes in government regulations at any point as well.

Key points:

• Book in to classes via the Mindbody app or Mindbody website one week in advance.

• Booking for the following week will open on Wednesdays and if it all goes well we might open it up to one month in advance.

• There is a limit of 20 people per class. If you miss out on a spot please let me know.

• Out of respect for fellow members and staff please remember to cancel your booking as soon as possible if you cannot make the class.

• While we have not scheduled any specific times for Weightlifting don’t worry, you’ll still be able to get your fix during the class times available.

• Individual work outside of these class times and the space allocated for each person unfortunately cannot be accommodated under the current restrictions.

• If you turn up early, please wait outside until the previous class has left, and remember that physical distancing is still required while outside, and before and after classes in the gym.

• Toilets will be available for use but showers and the water cooler will not. You must bring a towel and we highly recommend your own water bottle although there will be water for sale at the gym. Chalk blocks will also be for sale at $5 per block. It’s a good idea to have a tupperware container or a sock for this.

• Kids and Teens classes remain on hold until we see how things work out with the new processes.

• Hopefully many of these measures are just temporary. Turn up, work hard, be cool and support your buddies while we all work our way back into a healthy routine.
