There are no morning sessions today but there is an Open Gym this afternoon 4-6pm. Here is a workout you can do at home or in the park:
2 rounds for time of:

35 Mountain Climbers
35 Pushups
35 Squats
35 Sit-ups
35 Lunges
If you are coming in to the afternoon Open Gym the choice of workout is yours. Here is a suggestion – a benchmark workout we rarely get to do in normal classes due to the need to get on and off the rower multiple times:
