There are no morning sessions today but there is an Open Gym this afternoon 4-6pm. Here is a workout you can do at home or in the park:
2 rounds for time of:
35 Squats
35 Mountain Climbers
35 Pushups
35 Squats
35 Sit-ups
35 Lunges
If you are coming in to the afternoon Open Gym the choice of workout is yours. Here is a suggestion – a benchmark workout we rarely get to do in normal classes due to the need to get on and off the rower multiple times:
3 rounds for time:
500m Row
12 Deadlift @ Bodyweight
21 Box Jumps 20″

    Hi guys. I did ‘Christine’ a few ago so unless Jim is going to program ‘Kelly’ in the near future I am planning on doing that at 4pm if anyone wants to join me. It’s about a 40min workout.

    400 m run
    30 box jumps
    30 wall balls

      As Megan said in her comment above, it was a great feel in the gym this afternoon with everyone attacking those workouts. Thanks to Jess for being the trainer on the floor.
      Also fantastic to see the Lobbs keeping it real in the park too. I’m looking forward to the YouTube clip coming out to rival “Barilla” and “Hannibal” starring our own “Bruiser” (Kath) and “Kneecap” (Michael)
