The first Open workout will be released this morning. The workout will be programmed on Saturday for all three sessions. If you have registered for the Open and cannot get to the Saturday classes try to get to the gym this afternoon and get it done. As a last resort, if neither of these options are possible, you will need to get in on Monday to do it.
It is not too late to register. If you are remotely considering it, please do and join the team.
