Note: The gym will be closed for the public holidays on Good Friday, April 6 and Easter Monday, April 9. We will be posting workouts that you can do at home.
Next month we begin the Healthy Habits Challenge.  This Saturday at 9.30am we will be outlining the conditions of the competition and benefits of the dietary approach involved.
WOD
1) 2 x 500m Row for best time
2) Ten rounds for time of:
15 Deadlift (60/45kg)
15 push-ups

3) Max Double Unders in 2 minutes

        Yeah, I’m skipping all the way. I couldn’t walk down the stairs without the railing, my quads are shot. Fingers crossed they will ok again tomorrow…

      I did strict – 6 sets and 4 kpu. Sorry to be picky but those 6 sets of strict were killers..

    Reunion over. Great time had by all. I’ll have some catching up to do next week. Feel free to do some WODs for me.
    Being a member of CrossFitKing was a resounding success. See you all Monday and don’t work me too hard.

    NB: There were many hundreds of people who did not complete the event for one reason or another so simply to register a score for all five workouts was a significant achievement.
