– Grunt work
Farmer Carry – 2 x 10m shuttles for max load. (The handles weigh 21kg each. Add this to the weight of the plates loaded on.)
Prowler Drag – A) 10m shuttle for heaviest load completed under 30 seconds
– B) 2 x 10m (50/25kg) shuttles for time. Under 30 seconds gets an honourable mention.
