15 Front Rack Lunges (35/25kg) A successful comp relies heavily on the support behind the scenes, and particularly in the marshalling area. Thanks to all the staff for their help and to Rourkey for her hard work on the day and extra help with the preparation for this year’s comp. Her ninja skills meant we didn’t get any photo evidence on the day so here she is hanging on with her wod-buddy Raq in synchro toes-to-bar.
