At each station complete the prescribed number of reps on the minute for 5 minutes. Each station will have optional extra challenges if you manage to blast through the reps.

5 Strict Ring Dips
After today’s cleans you can watch the Games athletes attack the Speed Clean Ladder. The women’s semi final (starts at 34:30) ranges from 82kg to 91kg and the final from 92kg to 102kg. The men’s semi from 127kg to 140kg and the final from 142kg to 156kg.
