A)
Behind the neck Split Jerk

Front Squat for max load in 5 minutes
– Score = reps x kgs
– Maximum of 30 reps count towards your score (but you can do as many as you like)
– e.g.
20 x 60kg = 1200 (only 20 reps completed in 5 minutes at the same weight throughout)
30 x 60kg = 1800 (all 30 reps completed at the same weight throughout)
25 x 60kg + 5 x 70kg = 1850 (this person completed at least 25 reps at 60kg, but maybe more, and 5 reps at 70kg)
35 x 60kg (extra reps completed but only 30 count, so..) 30 x 60kg = 1800
