HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
Lace up the boots and get ready to rip into 2015 – maybe after a bit of a lie down today though.
Classes will be back to the normal schedule tomorrow, see you then.
Krusher’s holding on to a little welcome back prezzie until you return.

Posted at 15:50h, 01 JanuaryAgreed. The expansion of the box and the OCD driven organisation and training has been awesome. As 2015 ends I have a very relevant question.
What is the best way to handle raging DOMS? When is it cool/not-cool to training those really sore bits?

Posted at 17:55h, 01 JanuaryDepends how sore Steve. Generally best to rest the area until normal range of motion is comfortable. Light activity is good to encourage blood flow into the area, but avoid weighted movements where possible. Make sure you stay well hydrated and monitor for signs of Rhabdo.
