Posted at 21:30h, 06 OctoberI buy kale all the time. It is a great vegetable and kale chips are delicious. When I was in Canada recently, I got my auntie eating paleo and she had a dehydrater we made kale chips and moose and deer jerky on. Yummo!!!!

I add when ever I am adding veggies like capsicum or beans… it’s great.
