We are running the Open workout in today’s classes. If you intend to do the workout on Monday then it will need to be done during one of our regular class times and this is only acceptable for registered athletes. We do not want people doing it during the Open Gym as the next On-Ramp program will be kicking off at that time.

10 Deadlifts (52.5/35kg)
5 Snatches (52.5/35kg)
Scaled standards are on the board at the gym.
From 9:00 to 15:00
15.1 a
Establish a max Clean and Jerk
Register your score for both parts (15.1 a is in Pounds) as soon as possible after completing your workout so that you don’t forget to do it.
