We will be holding our first formal CrossFit King Club Championships (CFKCC) on Saturday, November 14. There will be three divisions. The workouts will be released prior to the event and you will register for one of the divisions based on which workout is a suitable challenge for you. We will be reviewing the registrations and might suggest a different workout based on the coaches’ knowledge of you as an athlete.
It is also going to be a fundraiser for the Allstars team travelling to Melbourne. Our goal is to cover the cost of registration ($500) so nomination for the CFK Club Champs will carry a $10 fee to enter. Please support our athletes by registering for the event and come along to test your fitness in a competitive environment and have fun doing it.
We will also be asking for volunteers to help us judge and run the event. We would love for as many of our members to be involved as possible. Further details to follow in the coming weeks.
Weightlifting – 7:00am
WOD – all classes (6:00, 7:00 and 8:00am)

PARTNER WOD – AMRAP in 30 minutes:
30 Double Unders
15 Pull-Ups
15 Pushups
100m Sprint
Complete 1 full round each until time.
*Note – this workout as prescribed also includes a 5 minute window to find a Partner 1RM Deadlift. We will not be doing that as part of the class. If you want to use this session to find your individual (not partner) Deadlift 1RM there will be a space allocated for you to do that.
