FUNDRAISER AND COMPETITION DAY – no regular classes.
Athletes competing in the challenge – We are going to start the first workout at 7.30am sharp so please arrive and register before 7am. We plan to begin the finals by 10.30am and have the competition wrapped up by midday. The spit roast meals will ready at 12.30pm.
If you have ordered the spit roast meal remember to bring $15 cash along for your order if you haven’t paid yet.
Cash payments are also necessary for those of you who haven’t paid for registration yet, any further donations, raffle tickets and calendars. Other items may be purchased by Eftpos.
Rock up, throw down, and enjoy the day!

The day ran smoothly, WODs were good and so was the friendly rivalry…

Very inspirational performances by so many, have to make special mention of Hayley’s effort to finish off the final, tough as nails! Well done to all who participated.

As the day unfolded, the complexity of organizing such an event became apparent to me.
Great work Jim, April, and the rest of the CFK team who organized the fundraising event.
