CrossFit has really made moving to a big city by myself quite easy. Meeting great people and having good times (outside the box), summer is very festive here in Van because the winter is soooo terrible haha rain rain rain. Having a good time! Loving it! But really do miss you guys. Keep in touch! Xo
I start competition training this week at my box in Vancouver, it’s called Crossfit 604. They go to regionals every year and they’re quite serious about making it to the games one year soon. It’s 8 sessions per week; 5 daily wods, 2 weightlifting sessions, 1 gymnastics session. They’ve spilt the program into quarters (3 monthly). So really focusing on skill, technique and strength this quarter. They haven’t gone this intense with training before, first time! Pretty pumped about it
