Thanks to everyone for coming out to the park at Sherwood and for all the wonderful food that was shared around. A special thanks to Big T for his very generous contribution of the delicious souvlaki, and to Michael Lobb for bringing a BBQ that was capable of actually generating heat and not just absorbing it from the Sun. It was a great way to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon.
A reminder that the new 4pm classes on Monday and Wednesday kick off this week.

    We had a great time at the park! A few people asked for the Paleo Choc Ball recipe so here it is:
    PALEO CHOCOLATE BALLS
    – 1 1/2 cups almond meal
    – 2 tbsp honey
    – 1/2 cup almond/cashew/macadamia spread
    – 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    – Chopped walnuts – a small handful (optional)
    – Desiccated coconut
    Throw everything except coconut in a bowl and combine well. Make balls and roll in coconut. Store in the fridge.
