The workouts and nomination sheets are up at the gym for the CFK In-House Team Challenge this weekend, Saturday April 9. Enter your team name, the members in your team, and nominate whether you are entering the Rx’d or Scaled divisions. This needs to be finalised by Tuesday night so that we can arrange the heat list etc. It’s a 7am start and we plan to wrap it up by midday. If you can’t stay for too long, the first workout will be enough to give you your fix for the day. Get a group and go at it. There is also a sheet for anyone who would like to be compete but doesn’t have a team yet and another for volunteers.
