The Open is here! The Saturday morning classes will be dedicated to running the Open workout with the possibility of Sunday morning as well depending on how long each of the workouts run for as we still have the CF Kids class at 9.15am and we don’t want to interfere with that class.
Registered athletes will also be able to do the workouts at 4pm on Friday and repeats on Monday (any class) and Tuesday mornings but please try to prioritise Saturday mornings if there are spots available.
I will post details for each workout after they are released each week.
Friday WOD
– athletes registered for the Open scale this workout suitably and use this as a light training run, keep the hinges oiled and get ready to give 18.1 a red hot go feeling fresh.
