There’s less than one week to go for the Healthy Habits and 1000 Burpees Challenge. Stay strong, see it through.
A little heads up for the Saturday morning classes: We’ll be running the regular Benchmark/Hero workout options in the 7.30am and 8.30am classes, and the weightlifting class this week will also be a Hero workout (different to the earlier classes) that includes weightlifting movements.

3 x 7 minutes AMRAPS
A) Buy in: 50 second Handstand hold, 50 Dumbbell Snatches (20/15kg)
Then for reps
Max effort Run (10m = 1 rep) in time remaining
B) Buy in: 1000m Row
Then for reps
Max effort Pushup, Log roll to V-Up (= 2 reps) in time remaining
C) Buy in: 50 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg), 50 Mountain Climbers
Then for reps
Max effort Weighted Lunges (24/16kg) in time remaining
Score = Total accumulated reps from the three stations (not including buy ins)
