Our weightlifting classes are specialised classes to help you learn and perform your Olympic lifting movements with optimum technique as well as improving your strength and overall conditioning.
We currently run a Weightlifting class at 6.30am on Saturdays.
This class is more closely aligned to Olympic lifting discipline in terms of technique, movement standards and skills/drills learnt during class.
The classes are well structured and easily modified or scaled to suit different abilities and experience.
You will definitely work hard.
