Introductory Sessions for Beginners

If you are new to CrossFit you will need to book in for your introductory personal training sessions with a coach.  We recommend up to three sessions depending on your past experience with fitness training, weightlifting and gymnastics.  These sessions are invaluable in learning the fundamental techniques and CrossFit movements to assist you in transitioning to classes with safer movement and body awareness.  These sessions are scheduled on weekdays between 8am and 7pm depending on trainer availability. These may be one-on-one or in a small group.

If you have some experience with CrossFit and just require brushing up on technique or you have specific needs to be addressed, then you are likely to take this option. You just book in to the number of sessions required to bring you up to speed. These sessions are scheduled on weekdays between 8am and 7pm depending on trainer availability.

Immediate start in group classes

This option is for experienced CrossFitters who, after consultation with Jim, are confident of full participation without introductory or remedial sessions. Check out our pricing and timetables for more information.

As CrossFit incorporates a blend of Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Strongman and a wide range of other conditioning movements correct technique is essential to safe and effective progress.
