About CrossFit Legends

Our Legends program is designed for people who would like to enjoy the mix of training that CrossFit offers including strength and conditioning, general fitness and body weight exercises but are looking for a class that is tailored for an older age group and therefore comes with a reduced risk for injury.  This class follows CrossFit methodology but is scaled and modified to suit.

Important Information

CrossFit Legends is ideal for athletes older than 50 years or people who feel de-conditioned and haven’t participated in exercise in recent years.

Our Classes run three mornings per week and are approximately 45mins in length.  They include a warm up, a workout and a stretch.

Please be on time for your class to ensure you are present for the demonstration and brief at the start of the workout.  It is then you will hear any tips or strategies for scaling and modification as well as how the workout will be organised that day.

You can become a member of CrossFit Legends for $155/month or buy a 10 session pass for $190. All passes have a 6 month expiry.
