– The gym will be open from 5.30am. We’ll run 15 minute heats for the Open workout as soon as there’s a group ready to go.
– There will be another 15 minute workout on the board if you want to add it to the Open workout or to substitute it.
– There will be a weightlifting program provided for you to follow in your own time.
