It’s been a week already since these two weapons won the Pro-Am Pairs comp at the Torian Pro, and they’re still smiling. 51 weeks to go for their title defence!

 

What is your why? Why do you do CrossFit: competition; community; health and wellness; variety of the workouts; the challenge; functionality; aesthetics? All are valid reasons, and of course it might be a mix of these or many others. It’s important to know your ‘why’ and keep that in mind when approaching training over the long term.

 

It gives purpose and direction to your workouts, your interaction with the coaches and fellow members and most importantly with your inner voice. Be positive, patient, persistent and consistent, one day at a time.
