AMRAP in 10 minutes:

6 Box Jumpovers (24/20″)

9 Box Dips

 

– then straight into EMOM x 10 minutes of:

 

C)
1 Hang Snatch
– increment weight each rep if you can until you get to 80%+ of 1RM then hold for the rest of the reps, or hold a heavy single across

D)
10 Situps
10 RKB Swings
