    Paula – forgot to note I used a purple band for my pullups. And Tani actually did 40kg DL – 20kg bar & 2 green 10kg weights….she also used green band for her pullups.

    Good work today CrossFit Chicks. It’s funny to come home to *almost* the same box that I left behind in the morning. Small traces of useage are scattered around. That’s cool.
    Jim (No time recorded because I just kinda loaded up a bar and started doing stuff. I’ll have to have another go soon)
    Using a 40kg barbell:
    100 chest to overhead
    100 SDHP
    100 back squat
    100 bench press (no racks)
    then:
    100 double unders
    100 pullups
