    I know I am late….and I don’t know how to post a big comment to bring this to the attention of the mob….but
    HAPPY 40TH BIRTHDAY FOR SUNDAY JIMMY!!!!!
    NOW GIVE US 40 BURPEES, 40 MUSCLE UPS AND 40 GHD SIT UPS IN UNDER 5MINS.

    Speaking of being late, thanks Jimmy for training me even though I was so so so so so late (I will bring a note from my parents tomorrow explaining my lateness.. sorry sir). Having said that, man that was a hard 20mins!

    No worries Steph, I just thought that you were early for the 6pm class. Goodonya for committing to the workout despite the difficulties this morning. New and improved Adam “Mr Sensible” Magill made his physio proud this morning. We hope to be stocking new knees some time soon, hopefully in a range of colours to rival Brendan’s shoes.
