    AMRAP in 8 mins – 5 push press (50kg), 10 abmat situps, 15 double unders
    6 rnds + push press + situps + 10 DU (took a while to get used to the new rope)
    Rest 1 minute
    AMRAP in 8 mins – 5 SDHP, 10 abmat back extensions, 15 double unders
    8 rnds + SDHP + 1 back extension (new rope is good)
