Rest three minutes then:
AMRAP #2 in 8 minutes:
4 Shoot throughs
4 x 10m shuttle Dumbell Carry (Male – 20kg/hand, Female – 15kg/hand)

Posted at 23:13h, 23 SeptemberWho’s perfect? Sometimes backing off and letting you just rip in solves a few problems just like that, and sometimes not too. The great thing about training you is we know that any lack of technical mastery is not due to any lack of effort to get it right. Of all the emotions I feel the main one is wanting to be a better trainer to help you more effectively. So yes, Keep practising Paula, and so will I! And that goes for everyone else too.
