Thruster (40/30kg)
With a continuously running clock complete one Thruster in the first minute. Increment by 1 rep every minute on the minute until you can no longer complete the required number of Thrusters in that minute.
Rest 1min then,
Push Ups
Continue for as long as possible with Push ups, incrementing from the last successful number of completed Thrusters until you can no longer make the minute.
Rest 1 min then,
Sit Ups
Continue for as long as possible with Sit ups, incrementing from the last successful number of completed Push Ups until you can no longer make the minute.
Rest 1 min then,
Squats
Continue for as long as possible with Squats, incrementing from the last successful number of completed Sit Ups until you can no longer make the minute.
Post number of Thrusters, Push ups, Sit ups and Squats successfully completed to comments.
